I recently worked with Zak to by new lens for my glasses. He was really helpful in guiding me through the process. I wear progressive lens and there’s a bit of a procedure to get fitted. He made it easy, informative, and fun. I really like the LensCrafters at the North Point Mall especially since they are open on the weekend.

Rob is sooooo awesome! I somehow sat on my glasses and damaged the left arm. I walked into LensCrafters for help and Rob quickly and happily assisted me. Within seconds he came back and my glasses were fixed and back to their original state. I’m so grateful for his awesome service.
