Huge props to the staff at this location. I came in 30 minutes before close with a nose pad issue, and despite my frames being in pretty bad shape, they were able to fix the issue completely. They also took the time to tend to my glasses in ways I hadn’t anticipated, like checking and tightening all of the screws, and ensuring that they sat level on my face - all in under ten minutes. This visit not only saved me the inconvenience of having to make a long car ride home with broken glasses, but it also kept me from needing to spend my Sunday at the optometrist. Definitely would recommend visiting this location.

I only went in to have my glasses adjusted that I got from another place and Keith was more than happy to help me and adjusted 2 pairs for me and I was only there for 15 minutes without a appointment. Keith was happy to help and the customer experience was great. Changing them to my primary eye doctor and will recommend them to everyone. I’m a real person and not a bot or anything lol. I just had a great experience that was worth posting about.

The eye doctor and technician were overwhelmingly nice and took care of me. The only issue I have is the cost of the frames and lenses were over 500$ with my insurance in store… I ended up ordering the same frames and lenses from their website the same way they would of in store, with all of my eye doctors recommendations with my insurance and it was 200$…? It made completely no sense to me. Kinda made me uncomfortable. Overall the eye doctor and everyone was kind, but I felt like I was being overcharged in store.
