While traveling to College Station for a gig, I dropped my glasses and broke one of the nose pads. I went to the Post Oak Mall Lenscrafters for assistance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Larissa replaced the broken nose pad and adjusted my glasses free of charge. Thank you for the great service. Keep up the good work!

Meagan was so helpful and kind. I normally despise getting new glasses, I dread dealing with insurance just to still pay an arm and a leg and insufferably bored for way too long. I went by myself, so Meagan took over as my best friend to help me pick frames that matched my style. She was so fun, she made my whole day. She was so patient while I tried on a million frames and she was able to get my price down from over $400 to $130! Cheapest glasses I’ve ever gotten! Meagan made sure I left with glasses I loved without having to pay for them with my firstborn. I hope both sides of Meagan’s pillow are cold tonight <3
