Hello my Lenscrafter friends, very much enjoyed meeting Dr. Taylor who made me feel comfortable during my eye exam today. Dr. Taylor was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Then I met Ms. Michelle and she was delightful to work with. I thank her for her time and patience with me. Also met Ms. Jenny lended a hand with updating my account details.
And me, I’m excited about my new Disney/Coach glasses!

Ms. Michelle was simply AWE-mazing today. She was a tremendous help with my ten year old daughter who said "no" to every frame I chose. She picked out options for us and helped my daughter select a frame. We really appreciated her kindness and amazing customer service!
