This place is so beautiful and amazing! The selection is next level and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I've never been to a LensCrafters before and it's the only place I'll ever be going for glasses now! The girl with the gold glasses and dark hair, I wish I could remember her name, was so friendly and kind. As a stay at home Mom I don't get out much and don't get much adult interaction so it was very nice and refreshing to be treated so kindly and to have good conversation. She quickly helped me find frames that I absolutely love and helped me through the process with such poise. I left so happy and relieved and with a great feeling and more energy. Please tell her thank you, she made my day much better. So go here if you want high class service, an awesome selection, and a good time. Update: just looked at my receipt and her name is Jannie! Busy Saturday! I walked in and was greeted by Patrice and I asked if she could replace my missing nose guard and the other. She took the glasses turned around and had them back to me in less than five mins. Great job! Nice to see good customer service these days.
