Sara was amazing helping me find a pair of glasses I saw in the store months ago and was now ready to buy. She helped me track down the brand and model and find me the perfect lenses!

I was hoping to get pair of glasses repaired however I was told that the glasses can't be fixed, because they're "too broken." I was willing to buy any replacements frames albeit not having the same frame style. However I was told that the lenses are "too big" and basically I was told just go back where I originally got my glasses. The main point of me going out of town and coming here was to get a quick reliable, fix that I am willing to pay for. Instead they just shrugged their shoulders and I just wasted my time. Never been so violently disappointed by the lack of service until today.
