Great customer service. Ace walked me through customizing my glasses and was extremely helpful through the whole experience. He explained the differences in lenses and which would be more beneficial to me. I guarantee I will return for any future purchases.

The eye test and follow-up purchase of the glasses was different from what I had experienced elsewhere. LensCrafters was a modern, well laid out store with all of the services and products needed for a ONE-STOP-SHOP, from an eye test to their wide selection of frames. The staff was pleasant and professional, and went beyond expectations in making my purchase satisfactory.
