I came in today thinking my wife and I couldn't fix our glasses. Thank you Dora, You did an amazing job putting them back to their original shape. I know not everyone gets so lucky for an easy fix, but I'm glad you were able to do whatever you could to get them straight.

I brought my parents here with an outside script for a pair of glasses. Dora, the stores Team Lead ,was very attentive and helpful throughout process. She had patience and was helpful in giving us the best savings on 2 pair of PAL glasses. Would recommend and come back for future glasses.
