Absolutely angry. Do not buy glasses with your hard earned money from these people. Paid almost $1000.00 for new glasses gor my wife and myself. Gucci frames 7 months ago. I'm a 65 year old man. Took my glasses off to wipe the lens, and one of the arms fell in my lap, no screws, just fell apart at the joint. Went in. No warranty. Almost $400.00 for new frames that are obviously faulty. Or $100.00 to try to repair the arm, and they keep the glasses for almost 2 weeks. Unbelievable. I will let everyone I know how poorly this company stands behind their products. Stay away from Lenscrafters. Lousy product, lousy customer service.

Huda provided directions for me over the phone and greeted me when I walked in. Shatyrah and Paige were so helpful when I was picking out frames. There was an issue with measurements where the frames I picked weren’t measuring out right but they kept working at it and made it work for me and I am so appreciative. It was my first time with LensCrafters, and it was such a pleasant, seamless experience because the complications with my frames barely mattered due to how great the customer service was. I will definitely be coming back to the great team here.

Loved the friendly staff, swift appointments, and appreciated help with frames that broke just 2 days after buying them. They had no problem replacing them :)
