I wouldn't recommend visiting this lens crafter location or consulting with the doctor, given my frustrating experience and the lack of understanding regarding medically necessary contact lenses. Look elsewhere for more competent and patient-focused eye care professionals in the South Bay. The doctor lacked understanding of medically necessary guidance, refusing to qualify me despite my spectacle prescription exceeding the threshold (and have been qualified 2 years straight prior). She failed to assist, citing concerns about reimbursement and implying the process would be costly. Fortunately, there are more professional doctors in the South Bay who comprehend the rules, and I was able to get through the process with a breeze.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The company is an inviting clean comfortable place to sit and fill out paperwork. The exam by the Optometrist was excellent as well as the person taking measurement for the glasses. I would recommend any friend to this Optical Company.

This Lenscrafters has the best staff and customer service! They are always attentive, helpful, and conscientious! We've been going there for a couple of years now for all our exam and glasses/contacts needs after wandering in on a whim to get a new eyeglass screw and having a great experience!
