Wow, what a great experience, all around! I was immediately greeted. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Gannie took her time to explain the eye exam process as well as let me see the pictures of the I side of my eye that they take, took look for any health issues. I also worked with her to find a pair of glasses. She was great at letting me take my time and answering questions when I had them as well as getting me the best deal with my insurance and their current promotion for 50% frames. I've never had Teleopotometry before. Brandon did a great job of explaining the process to me before the doctor remotely came in for my appointment. Brandon took the time to answer all of my questions, he is very knowledgeable. It was neat that the doctor could control the machine from Daytona to determine my prescription. Even the team lead is welcoming!! Overall wonderful experience and how doctor visits should be!

Melissa was totally wonderful! My wife had cataract surgery and needed a lens removed from her glasses (to see out of her newly improved eye). Melissa and a very helpful compatriot were kind enough to do it for us. We'd never been to LensCrafters before. We'll definitely be coming back because of the great personal service we had from Melissa and her co-worker. Exceptional!

I was super lucky to get my appointment booked day of since most times they’re already booked weeks out. (makes sense!) James was assisting on my eye exam and was beyond phenomenal!! I was quite nervous once I realized how poor my vision has become. James and Doctor Cohen made me feel comfortable through out it all and I will for sure be coming back, Thanks again James!!
