I'm new to wearing glasses, and I didn't know where to start. From finding a doctor or anything. I called LensCrafters and I spoke with Crystal. She pointed me to the right doctor at the 280 location. Then I went to visit Crystal to pick out my new glasses. The process was smooth and Crystal was very helpful. She was very tentative and sensitive to my needs. Knowing this will be my first time wearing glasses. She has even called to check on me to see how I'm coming along with my new glasses. Its going to take some time to get the hang of them, but I am so glad I went to LensCrfters and got the chance to work with Crystal.

I went in this LensCrafters to get a screw replaced that had fallen out of my Maui Jim sunglasses. The lady that greeted me was so prompt to help and she was so friendly. She quickly got the attention of another associate, Robert, to help match the screw. He was a huge help! Tried 3 different screws before going to the back to grab a different screw. Then trimmed it down to fit into the joint properly, and cleaned my lenses before I left! All free of charge. I was really impressed! I’ll definitely return if I have any eyeglasses needs in the future!

The staff at the Galleria Lenscrafters are the absolute best. I always feel like I am important and that they will make sure to do anything that they are able to make me happy. Every employee at this location are awesome. I recommend this particular store to everyone based on the level of service that I receive every single time that I go in.
