Brenda did a fantastic job. She was patient. Well informed on the process with vsps insurance. She worked with me to narrow down and pick the best frames to leave with. Friendly and talkative. Love how she was relatable!! The overall shop was very open and clean. Rest of the staff was great and friendly. Love how closely to my house this location is. Overall had a fantastic experience here.

Carsen was helpful, insightful, and beyond patient with me while I ordered my new glasses. She immediately pulled up my insurance info and advised what allowances and coverages I had available. After my appointment, she showed me items that matched what I was looking for, answered every question, and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. i came in to just get my really old glasses repaired, i told the tech, miss Tia sprung into action, slid me into a 11 am appointment & got working on me. was so kind & explained everything really well. i felt super comfortable & the space was very clean & welcoming. 10/10 would recommend.
