I have always had a great experience every time I visited LensCrafters and the visit I just had was even better than normal. The customer rep Annette was very patient and super helpful as I shopped for 1-1/2 hrs browsing all the glasses. I ended up with several pairs thanks to her amazing help. I will definitely be going back for future purchases.
