I had a great first time experience. The staff was so friendly and nice and they took their time to explain everything to me and never made me feel like I was taking to long by asking all the questions I had. I can’t wait until my glasses come back.I will definitely keep them for all my eye care needs. This was the location at Northwoods. Jennifer, Dr. P and Tiffany I hope will be there when It’s time for me to go back. Those three ladies are the best!

Booked appointment on line at my convenience, that was super easy. Very friendly and welcoming. Staff is knowledgeable and explained very thoroughly my test results and options. They were very helpful picking out glasses and deciding which pairs looked just right. They explained my insurance benefits and coverage on the glasses. Great people, great prices. Wide variety of products to choose from. It was a great experience! Anxiously awaiting for my glasses to come in. Thank you for your time and patience as I chose just the right 2 pair of glasses.
