At age 74, I just bought my first pair of “real” (as opposed to Dollar Store reading) glasses and Betsy made the whole experience pleasant and simple. She used all my resources at her disposal to get me a very fair and surprisingly reasonable price. She answered all my questions.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning to pick up my new lenses, knowing that the sunglasses I had ordered were not in yet. While I was in the store the team took the extra step to track my sunglasses, discovered they had been delivered to the store in that morning's shipment, and quickly got them ready for me - saving me a second trip. I appreciate the friendly, professional service!
