Great Service for Frame Repair I had a great experience at this Alameda LensCrafters. My glasses frames had some minor damage: the screw that connected the front of the frame to the right end piece had become slightly warped so when I put the glasses on, they looked uneven. Also, the end of the end piece had also become damaged, exposing the sharp metal point of the end piece. I walked into LensCrafters and was immediately helped by a gentleman who sat me down and listened as I described the damage. He quickly took the glasses and started working on the warped screw for a few minutes before handing them back- problem solved. He then got a cover for the end of the end piece, covering the sharp metal point. Problem solved, and my glasses were good as new! When I asked him what I owed him, he declined payment and said it was a common fix. Perhaps it is, but for me as someone who literally just walked in off the street, it was excellent and professional service that I really appreciated. Highly recommend this location for prompt, effective and professional service!

I went into Lens Crafters today to donate old eyeglasses and had two pairs of readers that needed to be repaired. Rachel said she'd be happy to do that, and when I asked the cost, she said there was not any. Very nice of her! Great customer service!

I recently had an eye exam at this location, Dr. Lai Pang did a fantastic job, she discovered an issue with my left eye that needed to be addressed. Rachel, one of the sales people did a great job helping me understand and decide the best options for my new glasses.
