I have been a LenseCrafters customer for quite a few years now, and Kathy has ALWAYS taken excellent care of me! She’s honest when it comes to the frames I’m trying on and it’s not just about the sale for her! She genuinely cares and wants to make sure the glasses you’re getting are what you need not just for looks.

My wife booked eye check-up appointment at Lens Crafters. We were 10 minutes late due to traffic but they understood our situation and let her in for eye-checkup. The eye-checkup was done professionally and it was completed on-time. After the eye-checkup she soon got her results. After results we checked out different spectacles options that they have. They have different spectacles and they ask us for our recommendations and it can be made and fixed according to our requirements.

Salesperson took the time to help me find the right pair of sun glasses. He was not rushed, he made sure I felt comfortable with the way they looked on my face. Best experience!!!!!
