So happy not to have to be dilated. Dr. Boothroyd very quick and professional explaining everything she showed and did to me clearly. Tech Jasmine was also very thorough and explained everything she was going to do which was very helpful as some things were new to me. The woman in LensCrafters (sorry, forgot name) was extremely helpful in choosing my glasses for me. She showed initiative in seeing the color scheme I was going for and showed me something that was not on my list that was perfect.

Loved my experience here! From the moment I walked in I got the help I needed from Stephanie. We narrowed down good possibilities from a large selection of styles and then got everyone’s opinion. I ended up with a great frame. Stephanie explained all the lens possibilities from value to more expensive and let me make the decisions that would work best for my day to day life. I felt so confident in the ways she took my eye measurements (as opposed to other eyeglass shop experiences in my past) that I finally look forward to getting my new pair of glasses, instead of worrying that I chose the wrong ones. I was experiencing some eye discomfort so I randomly ended up at Lens Crafters in Roseville because they had an immediate opening and took my insurance. The staff and doctors were all so kind and helpful! It turns out I had an infection in my eye, and was prescribed some drops that helped quickly. I had to come back for a few follow-up appointments and each time was really impressed by the genuine kindness of staff. I recommend this brand 100%
