Amicable staff! Super patient and explained all the differences in lenses I could get. I have a bigger head so it's a lot harder to find the perfect frames, but with the help of the staff, they did that! I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I’ve been coming to the Braintree LensCrafters for years now for my prescription glasses needs, and have always had a positive experience. More recently, I wanted updated frames and sunglasses, and I worked with Jenn, who was very thorough and patient in walking me through the pricing and insurance benefits. Weeks later, I happened to change my mind about the frames I got (which happens!), and because of LensCrafters’ 30 day guarantee, was able to exchange them in store for an alternate pair.
