Good: Ronnie was excellent. Bad: In store cost more than online. Overall: I would likely buy online because it cost less, but if I were to buy in person, I would certainly consider this location. I visited this location last year after looking at glasses on the LensCrafters website. I was frustrated to learn that it would cost me more to buy in person than the same frames and lenses cost buying online. I changed my insurance provider to ensure I had greater flexibility in the businesses included in-network. I visited again because my frames were coming loose from the frameless lenses. I visited a different location where I was told that I would likely be under warranty. Initially the representative at the other location was planning to fill out the submission online, but could not find my order since I bought through the LensCrafters website. I had to visit again to address the warranty replacement. I spoke with Ronnie, who I believe is the Assistant Store Manager. He was amazing. I am considering purchasing from LensCrafters again on the strength of my interaction with Ronnie. I don't have a lot of experience in the store and certainly cannot speak to all of the staff, but if you visit ask for Ronnie. I wouldn't even consider using LensCrafters if it weren't for him, which is the most glowing endorsement I can provide.

Daisy helped me choose my new frames and was super patient and helpful. The assistant manager Rony came by and made sure I was happy and taken care of. Super friendly staff here. :)

I have a family of 5 members and Laurence at Lenscrafters Frisco Mall location is extraordinary. Her knowledge and Customer focus and satisfaction is 10/10. We have been seeing her for couple of years and every time we visited we had an amazing experience with her. I will surely go in future and will recommend other friends and family members as well. Laurence is A+++
