Every since I made Ohio my home almost 12 months ago, I met some amazing people! Michael at the Beachwood branch assisted me through the process of finding the right frame . He was patient and encouraged me while listening to me. I made the right decision on my glasses! I was thinking about a visible bifocal but ended up getting the progressive lens instead. I'm very happy with my choice and his professionalism! And I most definitely appreciate the "Doctor" and his staff who were all very kind to me.

I went to LensCrafters to look for and hopefully buy new glasses. They were very busy when I first walked in, so I looked around then decided to leave and come back in hopes they had slowed down, which they did. Tia greeted me as I walked in and asked me if I was in the store earlier. With how busy it was, I was impressed she remembered seeing me, even though we had no interaction at that time. Tia helped me in picking out my glasses. Her personality and knowledge of glasses and frames was fantastic! She asked what style I was looking for and she guided me to the ones she that fit the style I was in search of. It was nice to know she "heard" what I wanted. My experience at LensCrafters in Beachwood mall was wonderful. All of the employees and even some of the customers I interacted with were very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

I went in and was looking for new prescription glasses and sunglasses. Ms. Ebony the manager was fantastic. The time and care they took with me was second to none. She really knew her stuff and my glasses were ready in a very timely manner. Also the selection was amazing! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for new prescription glasses and sunglasses. 10/10
