I broke my sunglasses and wasn't sure they could be repaired. I came to LenCrafters in Newington and Alex did a tremendous job repairing my sunglasses

Outstanding service! Helped swapped my lenses from my current (broken) frames to old frames so I could see again in a matter of minutes! Highly recommend this location.

I needed to replace one of my nose pads and purchase an eyeglass case. Heather was such a pleasure to work with. She helped me pick out a case for my dad's eye glasses and she replaced both nose pads so they would match and she did it at no cost (nose pads)! I got in an out so quickly and it was all done on my way going home. Heather at the Lenscrafters on the Berlin Tpke was a lifesaver!
