I had an exceptional experience at LensCrafters during my eye appointment yesterday. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. First and foremost, Alfonso deserves special recognition for his outstanding assistance in helping me select the perfect frames. He had an incredible eye for style and patiently guided me through the extensive selection, ensuring I found the ideal pair that suited my preferences. During the testing and examination process, I was fortunate to be assisted by Pol. His patience and friendliness made the entire procedure a breeze. He ensured I used the testing machines correctly and answered all my questions with a smile, making me feel at ease throughout. Dr Chow was gentle and accommodating with my examination. I appreciate her calming bedside manner. Kim's expertise was immediately noticeable when it came to taking my measurements. She was precise and meticulous, ensuring my new glasses would fit perfectly and provide me with the best possible vision. This LensCrafters location itself is a state-of-the-art store, and the entire process was incredibly fast and smooth. From the eye exam to selecting frames and getting measurements, I felt well taken care of every step of the way. Overall, my visit to LensCrafters was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding team of Alfonso, Pol, Dr Chow, and Kim. They made what could have been a mundane experience into an enjoyable and efficient one. I couldn't be happier with my choice of eyewear, and I'm grateful for the wonderful service I received.

Incredibly efficient and helpful. Never put on hold and they were able to pick up on my past phone conversations even with different people. Helped me figure out coverage for 3 of my different insurance providers. Digital eye exam is faster and more accurate than any other optometrist.

Stopped by yesterday to have a minor repair done and inquire about if my vision insurance was accepted. Angelica and Beth were both fantastic. My repair was taken to the lab and brought out to me in under 5 min. Angelica made sure my lenses were cleaned and I was all set. Beth was so informative and took a few minutes to go over my insurance benefits with me. I booked an appointment for next week due to the great service I received yesterday.
