I worked with Zachary, who was phenomenal...knowledgeable and personable. He brought a selection of frames to me and recognized immediately what style I seemed to prefer, and what options would be advantageous. He answered all my questions and made wonderful suggestions. I will be a repeat customer!!

I was there for almost 30 minutes and not a single person greeted me nor asked if I needed help. They were busy, but no acknowledgement is unacceptable considering I needed to buy new glasses. They do have a good selection though that's why I gave 2 stars. They should work on their customer service.

My husband and i started goin here last year. We will not being going anywhere else. Great customer service! Always helpful. Thought we were gonna have to leave my husbands classes to be worked on but Michael was able to fix them in just a few minutes and we were on our way!!
