Last week, I visited LensCrafters around 7:30 PM, nearing their closing time. Despite the late hour, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Amber. She attentively listened to my needs and expertly guided me to the perfect frame. Amber went above and beyond, ensuring my visit was seamless and enjoyable. While I am aware that some individuals have had mixed experiences based on reviews, my personal experience at LensCrafters was outstanding. I’d encourage anyone in search of new frames or lenses to consider this location. If possible, seek out Amber’s assistance – she’s exceptional. That’s not to say others aren’t competent; my interaction was primarily with her, and it was truly noteworthy. Thank you, Amber, for the fantastic recommendation. Michael was extremely helpful. We were in a panic because my daughter’s glasses broke in half. She has a specialty prescription so they had to special order her glasses and it was going to be 5-7 days to get them in. Michael was able to put her old lenses in some loaner frames to get her through until her new glasses came in. We were very appreciative. Would highly recommend. Fantastic customer service.
