Joyce was knowledgeable and very patient. She was able to adjust my existing pair of glasses so they fit much better even though they were not from LensCrafters. Then she spent nearly 2 hours with me looking at frames and finally customizing a pair of glasses for me with different earpieces from the frames. While talking with her for two hours I found out that she’s been with LensCrafters for 17 years. The optometrist who did my prescription and Eye exam has also been with LensCrafters for more than 25 years. This is not the company I expected or the store I thought I was walking into. It feels more like a family owned business with seasoned professionals who really know their stuff. I highly recommend them and especially Joyce
