Brought my son's glasses in because the screw on his frame fell out. Not only did they get it fixed up for me right away, but they also replaced the screw on the other side to prevent the same thing from happening on the opposite side. Fantastic, friendly complimentary service! Thanks Lenscrafters! I'll be back :)

This guys saved pretty big. Kiddo's glasses broke on the way to Disneyland, needed an immediate fix and went to two other places before landing here. They helped us quickly and were quite friendly. Thank you!

I experienced what everyone who wears glasses fears, I am here on vacation for my 10th Wedding Anniversary and my glasses got broken. I was sure they were destroyed because well I could not see the details of the issue, and I came into the store with my prescription in hand to get a replacement pair and very upset with myself that I was about to spend the extra money that I had not planned on spending. The AMAZING ladies there first looked to see if they had the same Oakley frames that I had, I mean they looked in front in cabinets and in the back and they did not have my frames. Brianna , Yesenia and Reina were in the back room to make sure they had the ability to fulfill the prescription same day when ohhhhhh boy my prescription is expired and they do have a policy that they can not fulfill expired prescriptions, I am trying to stay calm but I was so upset at myself for not being more careful with my glasses when they came out and said "Guess what we found".......They had a replacement ear piece and repaired my glasses. I told them that I thought they were destroyed and she said no my screw must have come out and they had been in the back trying to find a way to help me as their hands were tied and I was almost blind and they found spare parts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM FOR ALL YOUR VISION NEEDS!!!! They were so kind and professional and really they are my heros because I was blind and now I can see. Thank you Brianna, Yesenia and Reina for being so great. I am so lucky to have met all 3 of you.
