Contrary to the many positive reviews here, my experience was quite negative. Unfortunately, my appointment was disregarded, and I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone came to provide me with some updates. Following the machine diagnosis, I was once again instructed to wait for half an hour because the doctor was engaged with a walk-in customer. The store itself is clean, spacious, and conveniently located in the mall. However, their appointment system and customer service do not align with this favorable first impression. Additionally, as the examination concluded, an assistant handed me an envelope containing my prescription and receipt before rushing me out of the store. Unfortunately, no one provided an explanation of the prescription, and I didn't have an opportunity to inquire about the details of each item. For future customers, I recommend setting aside at least an hour for the examination, even if you are told it will only take 20 minutes. Furthermore, please consider seizing any opportunity to ask questions, as the doctors and assistants are consistently busy moving in and out of the office and may not automatically pause to address your concerns or questions. In terms of constructive feedback for the business, I have a few suggestions: 1. Please consider updating the appointment system to ensure customers receive their examinations punctually. 2. It would be beneficial to replace the chairs in your examination rooms. The current chairs lack wheels, which means that every time a customer needs to switch to a different machine, they either have to stand up and move the chair or laboriously drag the heavy chair multiple times. 3. Please consider updating or adhering more rigorously to your safety protocols. During my examination, I observed that the doctor used a single tissue to wipe down the chin rest and forehead bar. This approach appeared somewhat casual and unprofessional to me. While I don't expect the same level of hygiene as a hospital, it is still an examination room where individuals' eyes, nose, and forehead come into direct contact with the medical equipment. Ensuring a higher level of cleanliness and safety would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I had such a great experience. Jessica, Gabriel and Dr. Yang made my patient experience a great one. Jessica explained everything she would be doing and how the machines worked and the purpose of the machines. She was very patient. Dr. Yang answered all the questions I had in regards to my eyes and she was super nice and very detailed in her explanations. Gabriel helped me choose my glasses and suggested which ones would work best with my prescription. This team was so great and very patient with me. I definitely recommend coming here.

Very good store. They were able to help us get a pair of glasses the same day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only problem is that the glasses are pretty pricey. Our pair, with a sale price and warranty was $298 for the lenses and frames
