My glasses were in need of repair and I needed them adjusted quickly before my drive out of town. Raven welcomed me into the store and did not hesitate a bit to help me get my frames corrected for the weekend! She was so friendly and helpful - even though they were busy, she made me feel like I was so important and got me in and out of there quickly! You all have a great employee in Raven!

Carmalina was so helpful and patient. Also I was so impressed with the pride she takes in getting the perfect look for me. My first experience with LensCrafters was great. She and the other sales associate were very friendly and professional. I received all my insurance discounts and everything was explained to me in detail. Thank you so much. I was desperately in need of glasses. I had one pair that broke and I couldn't see to make my way home. The young lady that help me was very understanding and nice. She found a pair of frames in my budget with a quick fix. Carmalina you are the real MVP! Thank you so much!
