I've been to the Round Rock store to buy in person and I've called the store to help service an order online/over the phone. Great both times. But this last time, with Amy, I found the care, intelligence and service to be exceptional. Really gives me confidence that I've ordered exactly what I want/need, and that's not easy when dealing over the phone talking through abstract options or measurements etc. She was extremely thoughtful, thorough and patient. Looked up insurance coverage multiple ways to ensure I got the best deal. I've had a wonderful experience with the quality of the glasses I bought in person and look forward to getting these. You've got great people at this store!

Why didn't we come here first? We went to 2 other well-known stores and there was no comparison. Ashley who helped us was amazing. Havings someone who is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuine engaged in helping you makes it such an enjoyable experience.

My experience here was awesome. With the help of Amber, I was able to get a new pair of glasses that perfectly fit my style and I have gotten so many great compliments on them since then she has great taste and got me what I needed fast and efficiently. The manager Amy also was a great help, she welcomed me into the store and gave me her undivided attention until I was all set. The staff here is awesome be sure not to miss it, they make you feel welcome and provide you with exceptional customer service.
