LensCrafters at Northgate Mall is exceptional. From the minute we walked in for our appointment, we were greeted with smiles and friendliness. I recently took my 90yo mother for an exam and was so impressed with the kindness and patience from the entire staff. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Brian Post gave her the most comprehensive exam. He took the time to make sure she was comfortable and understood each test and the results.I would highly recommend this business.

I was greeted promptly by a friendly staff member. He directed me to the staff person who could help me with my hunt for a frame style that would suit me. The optical tech, Chris, was very personable, obviously experienced and was very helpful with his guidance throughout the collaboration. I compared the pricing to my last purchase from a different vendor about 2--1/2 years ago. The price escalation was about what I expected......BUT.....this piece of eyewear included transition tinting, scratch resistance and anti-reflective features that my last eyewear did not include. An optional $40+ protection plan was included in the net price. My last eyewear was not designer brand. This purchase was for a RayBan frame. All-in-all a great experience with no complaints.

Everyone was very nice to me. I got my glasses pretty quick. My complaint would be that the Doctor was out of my network so I had to pay more money. Lenscrafters are in the network just not the doctors. I should've called my insurance because the advertising is kind of misleading when it comes to the exam billing. So I will be able to go to Lenscrafters for my glasses I just won't be able to see the doctors next door.
