The customer service experience at the Rochester Hills location was superior. Sam, the assistant manager was so helpful and patient. He made sure I got the best price using my insurance benefit and in store promotions. The entire team was great and I highly recommend using this location for all your vision needs.

Sam was extremely helpful with my glasses purchase this past weekend. He helped me find the perfect pair of frames, while addressing all my questions and concerns. Sam is very knowledgeable and efficient at his job. I had new frames, and my order complete within 30 minutes. Sam is the best! Highly recommend!

The Protection Plan feels like a scam. I replaced my eyeglasses and left my old pair (broken frame, perfectly fine lenses) with the store. I went in to pick up the new pair but apparently both the old frame and lenses couldn't be returned to me. It's a shame because I would've loved to have bought an additional frame for the spare lenses. I'll no longer be spending money at LensCrafters.
