I went into do an exchange for some sunglasses I had ordered. The previous location hadn’t uploaded my newest prescription into my account, a manager was needed because of this error. Heather came and helped out by calling the other location getting them to fax in the correct prescription. She helped out completely. She was able to get the correct prescription entered in, exchange my glasses and also get the correct lenses ordered for me. I greatly appreciate her attention to details and for taking the time to help me out.

My family and I visited the Fairlawn location. We all were needing new frames and lenses. It was such an easy and great experience. Heather was the best!
