I came into the store for help and this wonderful young lady named karen was quick to greet me with a smile. She continued to help me pick out the absolute perfect pair and was kind to guide me through the process. Karen was very amazing and i would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She even helped me w a second pair offer which inspired me to get sunglasses. Overall Karen was amazing and i will be coming back just for her. Thank you karen you were wonderful !!

I recently went in and was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable customer service from Jose and his staff at Lens Crafters. Went in for an eye exam and Jose helped me pick out a perfect pair of reading glasses and sunglasses. Definitely recommend this location!
