The Westgate LensCrafters store was a wonderful experience. I met and spoke with 4 fantastic employees there. I have been wearing glasses for 55 years and learned new facts from Kylie. Kylie's professionalism, knowledge and patience allowed me to feel comfortable and an appreciated customer. Kylie made this senior feel welcome and listened to. I have recommended Kylie to everyone. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My exam was preformed by Dr.Eidom, he was friendly made the eye exam a pleasant experience. Hailey helped me pick out my frames, she really has a knack at knowing what will look good. This was a great experience and I will come back here the next time I need glasses.

I received help choosing new glasses from Hailey, and they provided such an enjoyable experience! They were incredibly helpful and laid out multiple pairs of glasses for me to try on that I thought fit my style and face shape very well; and were very patient with me when trying all of the different pairs on. My new glasses were even ready for me to pick up within a couple of hours after deciding on a pair! The environment was overall friendly and welcoming, and I will definitely be going back to LensCrafters for all of my vision needs going forward! A huge thank you to Hailey and the rest of the staff for being super insightful! (pun intended) :)
