Everyone involved with my visit was wonderful and truly helpful! The eye exam it's self was the very in depth and Dr. Meredith Clark explained everything as we went through. I am throughly satisfied also with buying my frames and the the help I received in getting what I needed and wanted! I will recommend to anyone that asks and maybe some who don't.

They say on the website and on the front of the store that they are in network with United vision benefits. But when you show up for your appointment they say that only the glasses store, not the eye exam, is in network. Very confusing and misleading.

The staff was very nice and accommodating with my teen daughter, who was getting glasses/contacts for the first time. The contact lens fitting technician was incredibly sweet and patient. A very positive experience.
