I use LensCrafters for my frames and lenses needs. Yesterday I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jasmine (Team Lead) during my visit. My time at LensCrafters went very well. Jasmine has excellent interpersonal skills and understood what I was seeking on terms of regular glasses for both distance and reading as well as dark glasses for the same needs. Her questions were spot on and she showed me excellent choices of what I was looking for. It took very little time for me to choose the frames and lenses (anti reflective, UV protection, etc. that I wanted!! In addition Jasmine thoroughly examined my insurance to ensure coverage and she honored the LensCrafters coupons I had to give me the best price possible! I can understand why LensCrafters has Jasmine as a Team Lead. She is very professional, personable, and smart. Her customer service is second to none. She is definitely an excellent asset for the company!!
