My experience today November 24,2023 was a very pleasant experience. The person that helped me was Alexis. She helped me pick out three pairs of sunglasses. I love them all. I am not the easiest person to make up my mind at picking out glasses. Alexis was so patience with me as I was trying to decide which ones I wanted. As I said before I love them all thanks to Alexis. Thank you Alexis for all your help.

The store manager took care of an issue I had and was extremely relateable. Brittany was extra kind and definitely helped me get out of my dated wire frame glasses and in to some new Prada frames that are now part of my face!! Caroline has been kind as well. Thank you so much!

What a great experience shopping at LensCrafters yesterday. There was so many options to choose from. I had the most amazing Caroline to help assist me while picking right pair of glasses. She had a ton of patience while I went back and forth between my choices multiple times. Caroline was extremely helpful, never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience to her day. I will also add the Dr. within the store was very fast an efficient… probably the quickest appointment I’ve ever had … but not in a rushed way. Thank you for making this experience so easy.
