The staff there was very friendly and helpful. The young lady who did the first exam was very nice. The doctor explained everything about my exam when he was through with it. After, I went over to get my prescription filled for new glasses and I was very happy with the young lady who helped me. Everyone at LensCrafters was very pleasant and courteous.

Such a pleasant experience!! After reading the reviews I decided to visit LensCrafters for some much overdue glasses. I also wanted to wait for Mary based on the positive feedback; I’m so glad that I did! Mary is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She took time explaining all of my options. I just picked up both my eye and sunglasses and I love both pair. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the amazing customer service I received.

Mary was amazing! We had to come in as my son broke his glasses. She had them fixed in less than five minutes! They were so nice and helpful we are so happy we can to Lens Crafters at the Warwick mall.
