I was very pleased with the attention to detail. Alice went out of her way to ensure that I was happy with my selection. She took extra time to make the necessary adjustments to my existing pair of glasses. I left the store very satisfied with my experience at Lens Crafters.

I've been coming to the Jacksonville Beach location for several years now. I've purchased a number of eyeglasses and sunglasses from them, as well as had several eye exams. At each and every visit I've experienced a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Bouchra, Beatrice, Alice, Steve, and Rosemarie, are always so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for their next, or first pair of glasses.
