I had the pleasure of working with Richard, who I did not know was the assistant manager until checking out. He was the first to approach us in the store and was so, so patient and kind! It was my first time shopping at Lens crafter and it was a great experience !

Amazing! My mom and I came here to get some wonky sunglasses fixed and tightened. The store’s general manager (name might be Jay, but I can’t remember) was extremely kind and helpful. Super quick service too. It’s everything you’d want in a retail interaction

The customer service was amazing and you are definitely getting taken care of. They helped adjust my current glasses since it wasn't sitting well on my face. He adjusted the nose piece for me and it feels like a whole new pair of glasses. They let me know the different deals that were happening, and helped me through the lenses options for my second pair of glasses. I would highly recommend this place for my friends and family looking for a new pair of glasses.
