The customer service was amazing and you are definitely getting taken care of. They helped adjust my current glasses since it wasn't sitting well on my face. He adjusted the nose piece for me and it feels like a whole new pair of glasses. They let me know the different deals that were happening, and helped me through the lenses options for my second pair of glasses.
