Great experience. Was long overdue for eye exam/new glasses everyone including doctor was very nice and understanding. Especially Ashley over at Midway she knew her stuff! even when multitasking with other customers she still went above and beyond to answer all my questions, find alternatives, informed me of other options, and made sure I was happy with end result. I needed to get my eyes tested and new glasses and this Lenscrafters is a great place to go. The optometrist is always professional and listens to your concerns. Ronda was wonderful at helping me purchase my glasses. She found me a deal that was better than my insurance and didn't force other purchases on me. My glasses were ready for pickup within three days.

Excellent service. Doctor was great and very knowledgeable. Ronda was and has always been extremely helpful in the glasses selection process! Front desk staff were very helpful and breaking down prices and insurances. Love this location and the staff!
