The Hampton Kilgore LensCrafters location has an excellent salesperson, Bianca. Bianca provided the best customer service allowing me to take my time, try on multiple glasses, and detailing features of the glasses. Bianca also reviewed discounts and promotions that I would be eligible for with or without my insurance plan. The store manager of this location is a community treasure. She goes above and beyond to make sure anyone that comes into the store is treated with respect and leaves happy (which is a rarity nowadays, especially in customer service). She answered any and all of the questions I had, helped me pick out frames, and ensured I got the glasses I needed. Even when I had to go back for a readjustment, she made me feel like I was a brand new customer walking in the door instead of bothering her with yet another task like some other places have treated me before. 10/10 recommend this location to anyone who ever wants the best service.
