Bianca provided the best customer service allowing me to take my time, try on multiple glasses, and detailing features of the glasses. Bianca also reviewed discounts and promotions that I would be eligible for with or without my insurance plan. It is easy to make a purchasing decision and a purchase when being assisted but a knowledgable friendly person. Thank you Bianca. Millicent.

The store manager of this location is a community treasure. She goes above and beyond to make sure anyone that comes into the store is treated with respect and leaves happy (which is a rarity nowadays, especially in customer service). She answered any and all of the questions I had, helped me pick out frames, and ensured I got the glasses I needed. Even when I had to go back for a readjustment, she made me feel like I was a brand new customer walking in the door instead of bothering her with yet another task like some other places have treated me before. 10/10 recommend this location to anyone who ever wants the best service.
