So far, I have had a very good experience. I just ordered my glasses but when one of them arrived, I felt the prescription was not feeling right. The girls at this lens crafters store had me talk to my Dr. to switch my prescription and try the ones that just arrived for a few days before I changed the lens completely on both glasses. I am so happy I get to try them on before I commit to glasses that might not work at the end! Very satisfied so far.

I am not someone who enjoys going to doctors in any type of setting. Luckily, Javier made the process incredibly easy and he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His level of professionalism insured that I will continue coming to this location. It was also great to see Holly. She has helped me in the past and she is amazing at her job as well. I hope Holly and Javier stick around so that one of them can assist me next year. Dr Kaz is amazing and I will pick her again for my future exams. She showed a genuine interest in helping me out with anything I could think of. She told me about antihistamine eye drops and provided me with a coupon so I could try them out. Overall, I was beyond satisfied with my experience today.

Good experience overall - my prescribed sunglasses didn’t come as expected. They let me change the frame in order to get me something more comfortable. Tatiana (sales) was very good.
