I just probably just had the best customer service in all of 2023. I came in to get new padding on glasses and the manger Ms Sara did way more then that. She put the padding in, cleaned them, tightened all the screws, and adjusted them all for free. She definitely an angel sent from heaven and made me feel like family. Customer service A+++

I came here to get my sunglasses adjusted. They did it for free which I really appreciate. Sara Waltz was the one to help adjust my sunglasses and she knows her craft well! You'd think I could do it on my own but seeing how she adjusted and checked, adjusted and checked, I realized I would have made a mess of my glasses. Also, Sara was supremely charming and made me feel at home and welcomed even if she wasn't gonna get a sale out of adjusting my glasses. Excellent customer service 100%. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Our experience at LensCrafters in Parkway Plaza was amazing! Sara went above and beyond. She helped navigate our insurance, educated us on the various lens types, cleaned and adjusted our existing glasses while we waited. Also, great selection of RayBan glasses which we were looking for.
