For years, I was a loyal LensCrafters customer. When two years ago, I was persuaded by a friend to try another company that was offering a B2GO free deal. My goodness! Oh, how I missed home! For two years I was forced to wear ear grips on the tips of my glasses just to keep them from falling off my face. It had become such a nuisance that I thought my vision had taken a turn for the worse.
Today, I phoned the office and spoke with Gia. She listened patiently to my story as I explained that I purchase the glasses elsewhere and they were never properly fitted. Gia welcomed me to come into the store and assured me that she would do everything she could to help regardless of where they were purchased.
When I arrived, Gia was with another customer but acknowledged me and immediately recalled our telephone conversation. After a few moments, realizing she would be longer with her current customer; she not only asked Rose to assist me, but provided a warm introduction with the details of my issue. Rose, equally professional and kind; sized my glasses, recognized the troubled areas, advised me of her recommendations, and proceeded to correct the problem. She double checked the fit, then cleaned them perfectly.
I feel like my 2-year-old glasses are showroom new... like I'm seeing out of them for the first time! I would have paid just about anything but thank you is all they would accept. Let me tell you, it's not enough. My goodness! It is such an awesome yet sadly rare experience to have professionals in service positions who really care to make sure you are satisfied...no matter what! Rose and Gia, thank you for making me feel like I paid a million dollars and that I was the only one in the store. I AM A CRAFTY LENSER FOREVER!!!

Very fast, easy, and convenient. I'm a new customer and scheduled an eye exam a week out online. I completed the new customer info online prior to my visit. Arrived, completed my exam, received my new prescription, picked out a new frame, and ordered the lens. I should be able to pick it up in about a week. Total time there was about an hour, mainly because I couldn't decide on the frame. Probably 30-40 minutes from check-in to check-out if I knew what style frame I wanted.

As a first time patient of LensCrafters (Oaks mall location) I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The front desk staff that checked me in were friendly and inviting. The technicians that prepare you for the provider were all very nice as well. Dr. Eman Akbik, DO, was fantastic. She was fast and courteous. She took the time to explain the tests, imaging and results and answered any and all questions I had. Moving on from the visit to the glasses showroom, there were SO many cute designer options to choose from. I was provided a tray to hold on to any frames I found and liked. My insurance benefits were looked up while I was shopping and reported to me while looking around so I had a great idea of what my budget was. I picked out 8 pair or glasses frames and 3 sunglasses frames to try on. The young lady that worked with me (Aleysha, I believe was her name) was super helpful and gave her honest opinion to help me narrow it down to just 1 of each. She was also very patient when my card failed to swipe which resulted in me needing to call to customer service. The 50% off promotions let me choose 2 designer frames that I loved. Overall it was a very pleasant experience! 10/10 would recommend and I will be returning in the new year for contacts!
