I dealt with Christian. He got me setup since I hadn't previously been to LensCrafters. I found the glasses and he walked me thru options available to me. In general it was a very good Hassle free experience. They also have a great selection of eye wear options.

I will never return to this place. Very slow & incompetent personnel. I ordered new lenses for my existing frames & the cost was $670 (w/o insurance). My prescription is strong so I asked if they could polish down the edges of the lenses (like I have always had done) & they said they would. Took 1 hr just to order lenses. Had to call to find out my glasses were ready when was told they would text me. Then picked them up to find out they did not polish the edges & said they could not bc didn't have the equipment. I said this is not what I was told when I ordered them & I wasn't happy. They just said sorry... Next time I will go to Pearl Vision!
