Darlene is the most kind, knowledgeable and experienced optician that I have ever encountered! I believe she’s been an optician for over 40 years, and could do any fitting or measurement without modern technology. I have never owned a pair of glasses that Darlene fitted for me that I had to have reworked. Her measurements are spot on. If you want service from a kind and gentle soul, go see Darlene at LensCrafters in Middleburg Heights! I’d give more stars if I could!

Rita is absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful & very personable. Rita took care of everything during my eye exam. I highly recommend dealing with Rita. After my exam, I had the dreaded decision of choosing which frames I wanted & what looked good, let's face it, glasses completely change ur appearance so u need to make the right choice. That's where Sue came in, she went above & beyond helping me pick the right pair. She also helped with ordering a pair for my Sister who is incarcerated. The doctor is amazing too but Rita & Sue made my whole experience so smooth & joyful. I highly recommend going to this location & talking to these two wonderful women. I love my new glasses

For first time customers, we had a wonderful experience. Our family was well taken care of. Weekend appointments, a huge bonus! Dr Lemke was wonderful , he's personable and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. His assistants were pleasant and good conversation. The frame CSR was absolutely fantastic. We ordered 2 sets of frames for 2 different RX. We were able to leave same day with one pair. They were made while we waited. Payment options are available and offered if you choose that route. It's nice to know there's some flexibility if it's ever needed. So excited to see the other pair, anxiously waiting it's arrival. We're extremely happy we chose this location for our prime location.
