The woman who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses at the Providence mall was wonderful! She gave me lots of good advice and was very efficient in processing my order. I would love to buy more glasses from her in the future!

Elena was wonderful! She was friendly and sweet while also being very professional. She got an idea of what my daughter liked, and some of the features we were interested in (flexible legs/frames), and she gave us several excellent choices, including styles we never we have considered otherwise. My teenaged daughter was so happy with her choice and enjoyed working with Elena too! After looking through our picks and Elena’s suggestions, she ended up happily choosing one of Elena’s suggested frames and we all love the choice. Great experience! Elena is a gem!

Last night I broke the frame of my new glasses. I went to the store and the clerk was able to transfer my lenses to a replacement frame in just a few minutes. This time I did take out the reasonable insurance for frame replacement. Wonderful!!!
